Registration Questions

1. Membership Agreement

By becoming a member of the Running Club, you agree to abide by the club's rules and regulations. Membership is valid for the period indicated and is non-transferable.

2. Code of Conduct

All members are expected to:

• Treat fellow members, volunteers, and staff with respect
• Follow safety guidelines during all club activities
• Wear appropriate attire and safety gear when required
• Report any safety concerns or incidents promptly

3. Liability Waiver

By accepting these terms, you acknowledge that participation in running activities involves inherent risks. The club, its officers, and volunteers shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur during club activities, except in cases of gross negligence.

4. Data Protection

Your personal information will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws. We will only use your information for club administration, communication, and safety purposes. We will not share your information with third parties without your consent.

5. Photography and Media

The club may take photographs or videos during events for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform the event organizers.
